Voter Fraud in Indiantown Update

During the previous Primary cycle in Indiantown, FL where we were blessed with what most of the green horn politicos called a FAKE PROFILE. Only thing is, it was not fake. Robert Burns III is very much real and has caused real problems for a lot of people.

Unfortunately the people affected the worst are “We The People”

This saga involves voter fraud violations, ethical chicanery and flat out immature morality. The behavior of four of the elected Politicians in Indiantown would not even cut it at a Student Council level. Their childish maneuvering is a power trip for their ego and has little to nothing to do with true governance. It seems to be more about spreading the munificence than governance.

New information has come to light concerning Randy Burns III and direct ties to at least two sitting Village Council members, potentially three and Sunshine violations as well as Federal Voter Fraud. The list seems to be growing.

Young green candidates in the last election made some very big decisions by involving themselves with Mr. Burns.

As we say here in NoMo’s world, actions have a consequence. This time the action was wrong and the consequence will be severe.

My dossier on this was nearing completion for submission to the Florida Division of Elections for review and referral. They will determine whether it is referred to the States Attorneys office in Martin or if it will be handed off to FDLE. I kind of like the second option seeing as to how there are ties between several races and Florida County. FDLE has a lot more power in obtaining the information they need.

This complaint will be filed with the State of Florida for review. A formal investigation is being requested. We have done a great deal as citizen watchdogs uncovering the corruption that is on The Indiantown Village Council. Now it is time for the people with badges and jailers keys to take over.

I would urge you to read the first in this series of articles before going on to the second. It will make a whole lot more sense.

Politics is not life – If it is then that is really sad

Politics is not life. If it is then that is really sad.

Does it seem to you like nothing can be done or said without using the lens of politics to focus our cultural perspective?

What a mess we have made of our world. I mean that too. For the decades plus that I have spent walking the same planet earth that you and others have, the American culture has not moved in a sustainable direction.

If the experience of life is to be of any value, we have to regain the ability to shine the light on our culture from many different lenses and make them all resolute.  It is up to us now, We The People to mold our culture closer to our agreed upon charters. Not a government, a program, a grant or anything else. They will not solve the problem. They are part of it.

We have to regain the power of the Individual.

In order to do that, well, straight politics cannot be the lens anymore. It has gone from values and ideas, to R v D – Spy v Spy – Orange Man Bad – BLM – what is next?

The outcome is tragic if we cannot divert this childish behavior and tantrums by our leaders and citizenry.

“We The People” have to stand up and put an end to the insanity by taking back our local Institutions. We must again begin to rebuild a new reality that is closer to the heart, through our neighbors, friends and  family. There is no time to wait for anyone else, the time is now and we are the ones that must decide our future direction.

What we are living through in our community today is a long-time effort to degrade our culture and we allowed it. How?

Seeing as it is Sunday, I would like to emphasize with you that the light we are trying to interpret internally is God. If it is not light then may I suggest you turn your face back towards light and reflect in the healing power of love. We are not fully equipped to understand the depth and fathom of God.

Many in our culture can barely gauge their own behavior and egos anymore. Why?

As humans, not of race, gender, or anything else. When we as just humans use the filters of life’s lessons, we can generally see what works for us and what does not. We can make decisions based on our past outcomes that were created by our actions. Agree?

The same is true with what we teach ourselves. It is true too that we make decisions based upon or economics, sexuality, religion, race and every other relevant filter that God has given us to use.

But when we turn politics from a filter to a lens and we magnify our hearts existence of self through that lens to the world, it becomes our light. It becomes what we are showing the world.

Talk About Martin is building a constructive narrative, approach and dare I say our own spheres of influence. Together, as we combine our light, we will be a collective of individual forces. Not a collective of force.

Let me ask you, has DC come to Indiantown ?

Because it sure smells like the swamp

This article is not a 4th grade Meme or Facebook dig post. It is intended to create dialogue and bring awareness to a problem in your own home town. So, please ask yourself honestly; “What values and principles do you want in a person you elect to make your law and decide your future?”.

First, here is the Answer to the question of who is Robert Burns.

Burns is a paid political operative. He is based out of Viera, Florida. It is a community in Brevard. He is a heavily left leaning Progressive. He and others like him are typically associated to organizations like the (Young Elected Officials) YEO networks as Progressive operatives.

After speaking with local media in Brevard we have found out that Robert was hired by FL REP. Fines opponent to run her campaign. So we do know he is a paid operative. We have also learned that he is new to this game and has completely ruined his candidates chances to be elected. Not a good way to build your name or reputation but whatever. As for Mr. Fine. Well that is between them.

From research and experience I can affirm that Burns types are usually trained by organizations like the YEO Network.

The recent use of an absentee voter role on screen in Indiantown Community Facebook, which is a felony, shows the Junior High level of intellect we are dealing with. It is one example of his behavior as a political operative. I might add a paid operative. As a responsible citizen I am in the process of contacting FDLE in reference to the matter.

According the Supervisor of elections office The Absentee roles are only available to candidates, political parties, party executive committees and office holders. Office holders?  Candidates ?

So how did he get our voter role and how did it illegally make it to the screen?

Well, it seems that the only three candidates in this election that are authorized to have the list are Guy Parker, Anthony Zweiner and Janet Hernandez. So I know it was not Tony Z, really,  and I doubt Guy Parker is beating himself up like this. That leaves one source for the data. Janet Hernandez. At least according to the law. I say that because no one else has requested an official copy but the three named. A rookie mistake really. One that is punishable by law.

Also according to Florida Statute 101.62(3) –“s. 119.07(1) and shall be made available to or reproduced only for the voter requesting the ballot, a canvassing board, an election official, a political party or official thereof, a candidate who has filed qualification papers and is opposed in an upcoming election, and registered political committees for political purposes only.“

The action taken to leak and use this is a direct violation and I will be issuing a complaint with the elections commission in Tallahassee against Councilwoman Janet. I will update you when I learn more.

Again YEO style gorilla tactics from a less than honorable ideology of progressive socialism. Mob Rule. They think they know better than you and I.

“There is a tradition of asking for permission. We are no longer asking for permission. We’re setting the agenda. We know what our communities need”

So, who is the YEO Network? Well the YEO network is a Progressive Socialist training operative group funded by the far-left radical agenda. They stand for Anti American Values.As expressed in the graphic on their site.

From their website: “Our vision is to create a new political system of truly representative government that amplifies the voices of youth and marginalized communities.” – Whats wrong with this one? A discussion for later. Here is a link to their policy manual as well. Notice Bernie Sanders, a self avowed Democratic Socialist.

YEO exists for the purpose of mentorship and guidance to any elected or candidate willing to adhere to the Progressive YEO agenda as well as willing to carry out their Anti-American plan of Liberties subversion.  The YEO members receive National support, locally for their obedience to the Progressive agenda.

More about YEO in a second. Remember though this is the organization Councilman Anthony Dowling is a member of. Anthony Dowling had ample opportunity to leverage his connections with YEO for this smear. Maybe not with Burns directly, but definitely through his YEO Twitter network. All it took was for someone to pay this troll. But who? Was it one of the other campaigns or a deep pocket supporter?

Anthony in his YEO shirt the night he passed the YEO proclamations as your Councilman without even giving you time to read it.

Is that speculation? No. First we know Burns is a paid operative. Second these types of connections are a resource provided to Anthony Dowling through his membership in YEO. Third we know Janet was the only candidate that would give the list to Burns.

Have you looked at the site yet? We can talk funding trails and all that later. That tightens the screws even further.

Even if Robert is not a direct operative for YEO, not important. Why is he here? At who’s bequest? Did he just fall from the Facebook sky?

He is using private documents intended to be confidential and for legitimate campaign purposes. There are laws still.

He had to receive those from a campaign or an elected official. You connect the dots and figure that one out. Not real hard.

Seems too that Guyton Stone is a Facebook friend with our friend Robert Burns.

Burns is baseless in accusation and attacking not only candidates but neighbors and citizens and masking it as if it was the all in the election process.

He lives several County to the North. He was brought here, that is the real answer. And who better to have access to these professional trolls than professional progressive organizations and their elected members?

If you are willing to read and learn you will see why that is a true statement.

The operative in question, Robert Burns, is a part of the anti-American movement that is burning down our cities and trying to dismantle the nuclear family and our American Way of life. Same with groups like YEO, Burns is a paid troll.

This is a proven fact you can see with your own eyes. Just like Anthony in his YEO shirt and tweets and proclamations.

Below is a copy from a YEO Networks Bravo Board. It is proof positive that Anthony is a Progressive Socialist that is towing the line. It seems too that Janet and Guyton are on board as well. Simply through their association. We are known by the company we keep after all.

  • Denise Davis, Mayor Pro Tem, Redlands, CA, introduced and passed a resolution declaring racism a public health crisis (7/22/20)
  • Anthony D. Dowling, Councilor, Village of Indiantown, FL, helped pass two resolutions for diversity (6/12/20):
    • Celebrating The Diversity Of Our Community And Denouncing All Acts of Racism, Intolerance And Unlawful Discrimination
    • Designating June 19th of Each Year As “Juneteenth Independence Day”

This is from Anthony in proud acceptance. Even Though I think he let Janet push the second one he still took credit. Class act Anthony.

I am also going to follow up on here with the Council meeting broadcast and the story about the last-minute rush to make sure this got on the agenda a couple hours before the meeting. And how Janet and Anthony insisted they knew better than the people and your voice was not required. Just like Ileana Omar.

I urge you to do your own homework. Check it all out for yourself.

Ask yourself. Are these the people you want in charge of the laws and planning for you?

Has DC come to Indiantown?

Just after the smear was started Anthony was ready with a flashy graphic and began advocating for both Councilwoman Janet and Councilman Guyton. I guess they are like three men in a tub.

Actually, he demanded you vote for them. WOW!

It seems that they are desperate like a rock in water. I am curious as too who in town paid for this?

Here is a purely speculative suggestion, but sure does lock into place. It goes back to Janet and Guyton legally writing campaign checks to a company owned by Guyton.

They said it was for printing and bumper stickers. A recent video by Martin Townson showed up on Facebook recently asking questions about this same topic.

He asks how do we know if the dollars really went to pay for signs? Well, how do we know?

We can’t see the outcome unless anyone can produce some receipts that total the amount spent in question. Otherwise it is behind closed doors for only the two of them to know. But why ?

There have been several people who have suggested on line that the disclosure is legal. On it’s own it is, however when you consider as it was suggested that someone could be doing work for them and that person may not want to be known to be associated for the candidates cover it takes a new light when investigating voter data violations and voter abuse laws.

The original thinking was a bit more altruistic in nature and expressed the idea that a local person who wanted to remain anonymous for business purposes may have requested it. Maybe, but given the puzzle pieces locking in place I think we can see another not so altruistic reason to do this as well. They did not want you to see their payments to Burns.

There too is the fact that Janet has yet to report $3,000 in PAC funds from the MLS endorsement like Mr. Parker received from them. Between the $1,250 they paid Guyton’s company and the $3,000 from the MLS, $4,250 is a reasonable sum to expect to pay a troll like Burns. Until we know the existence of the checks from the MLS we have to guess. If they do exist and are not claimed and have been cashed. Well that is a crime in and of itself. If that is what happened.

I cannot say for sure this is the case. However, can you see where this leads when you use less than ethical approaches to business in governance. Janet and Guyton could have very well funded the whole project once Anthony found them the troll, Robert Burns.

Even if this is not the funding source then who footed the bill?

Meanwhile, Mr. Burns has also been busy in the Brevard campaigns. He is falsely claiming a candidate raped someone in a campaign in his area. He is making false and misleading claims in our election process as well.

The next logical question that has to be asked is why did Mr. Burns use an obvious late-night error to base his accusations on? Well, good question. It made me ask another one to try and answer. That was, “What was the original accusation”? It was that Guy took illegal PAC dollars. Which he did not.

Wait, he received them from the MLS, that endorsed him? Didn’t they endorse Janet too? Where is Janet’s disclosure? It should have already been disclosed.

Guy duplicated an entry for a check – a mistake – he owns it and will correct it I am sure. The amounts are not inaccurate – they are not illegal PAC’s just a clerical error that is easily remedied.

What about Ms. Hernandez though?

Where is her disclosure statement that should have been filed already for full transparency? Seems suspect at best if she received a PAC donation too?

I guess that is what upsets me most about this campaign cycle is that It seems governance and well thought out planning is somehow secondary to the Junior High School popularity contest being made out of our American system of governance.

So, before the newly green politico operatives in Indiantown start hurling grenades, they better make sure they are girded up because the flack is going to get them otherwise. They cannot win on merit or truth so they bring in the scum to stir the pot. I can stand on my name and my word.

A personal note:

My Mother always said,“Those who live in glass houses should not cast stones!“

So, for full disclosure and to keep people from getting enraged, I am a volunteer with the Tony Z campaign. I repeat, a volunteer. I am disclosing this because I am still a citizen.

I am making the statements in this post on my own. I am hopeful as Americans and God-fearing adults; we can disassociate the two.

What I have said needs to be heard and discussed as adults irrespective of the election outcome.

For over two decades I have worked in the mess we call the political party and government at local State and National levels. I am a citizen. I am not paid and I do not hide.

So, to the point. I do have a political background. It is all in the open. There are two things I can say about my public service at a Local, State and National level. The first is I still have a soul and a name. The second is that I have never made a red cent for my participation in the process. These two things separate me from the dirt bags that wallow in the mire for distraction, entertainment and self-satisfaction.

Now the swamp is in my front yard and your community too. So, what will you do? Excuse it away? Just like we have been allowing. This incremental creep of darkness will shadow our land if we let it. Or, will you stand and call out the evil that is evil.

A local journalist conducted an interview with a survivor of the 9/11 Pentagon attacks. She turned it into a Who’s Who in Florida type of Bio piece. The person interviewed is a well-spoken and educated individual from what is presented in the interview. His dedication through military service is unquestionable. He makes a very salient suggestion that prior military carry within them an understanding of putting the mission before self. The reasoning for this idea is support for his theory that Veterans make better elected public servants than do civilian.

I could not agree more with the statement that as Veterans we do understand mission before self. I will add also that a military Veteran has already taken a lifelong pledge to be the guardian of liberty and the Constitution of the United States of America, death before dishonor.

There are variables in the suggested equation however that are not brought out or highlighted in the piece. One of those variables being that unless you have a discussion with the Veteran about the Constitution, you can only assume they see it as a Constitutional American would. Not all do. Progressives can serve in the armed forces too. Take Representative Brian Mast for example. No really, please take him.

Brian lost limb and paid a heavy price for service. That however does not automatically qualify him for office. It does qualify him though as a combat Veteran and for that he should be given the full respect and honor due him and other Veterans. Much like others I supported Brian on his inaugural run for CD18 in Florida. A mistake I did not make the second time around. Second being the key word, as in Second Amendment.

Please be careful, do not place all Veterans in the same political jacket.

Militarily it is one thing to have a mission and tight cohesive operational training and execution for the purpose of destruction.  It is important to put mission before self. It is important to act and not react, to lead and not follow. They are strong traits, all of them.

The discovery of self and the discipline earned are character traits no one can take from you once you have earned them. They do also give you advantage in a political arena.

That however is where the similarity to your governance and your protection end.  A Veteran has taken a lifelong oath to protect preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. So again it seems like a simple fit from there to elected office. Not so, simply because Veterans like Mast, McCain, Kerry and others have a revisionist view of the Constitution. They now are able to take that same discipline earned in the Armed Forces and apply it to their mission in government.

Make sure you see their mission papers before you vote for them. Not all of my fellow Veterans are Constitutionalists that put country before party or revisionist legislation. If we had a political party that cared more about outcome than they do income we would be a lot better off.

So when does honest self-enlightenment beget determinable action?

That is to say that when one actually “gets it” and understands the reality of a matter, then when and how do you become driven to do something about the force that is an influence on your life and the life of everyone else, be it good or bad in nature? In other words when does a person stop saying, “Yeah I get it, so what?” or “What can I do?” and begin saying “This is wrong and I am going to say so.” or “I refuse to comply” based upon a self-honest enlightenment of nature and fact. Even, “I am going to do something, because this is wrong”.

When you or I read, hear, see or even witness something over time until we have the ‘Eureka’ or ‘ah ha moment’ and become enlightened to its deeper negative context we are faced with a new binary choice.  Do we file it away as a known bad quantity to avoid and just keep stepping around it or do we file it away as something we have to remove from our path to continue our individual journey.

Not all of life’s presentations in this binary matter are negative and not all are of monumental nature. Like I have said before, “Don’t sweat the small stuff McGee”. Most are instinctive decisions made in an atomic second. However, when it is the moment that you or I are able to find the light switch in a room of life influence and we are faced with the reality of bad people doing bad things, what then.

It is when the light coming on exposes bad outcome for you and me that I want to address here, understanding that all lights switched on will not illuminate a boogeyman. Still, we have the same choice. Our choice is to herald and live in the positive nature of the new found enlightenment in an effort to bring others towards the same. Or, it is to warn those around us of the danger in the room and hopefully gain their support in eliminating the danger.

Seeing and reacting to events in our government, culture and family are an influence in our life for good or bad and is something we all do. The level of conscious effort and understanding of the individual is varied to be sure. However, when we finally get something, something real and something big, there is a second phase that occurs. It is sort of another binary decision point we face over and over. This time though, it is in the light and not sub to our conscience.

When a person that has faculty and intellect to consider a matter on merit and honesty and not based upon what they have been told to think and do so in self-honesty, the individual grows. When the majority refuse to think for themselves and accept the dogmatic doctrine of ritualism or ideology then collectivism begins to grow in the same organic environment that fosters the self-honest individual.  This is why Self-honesty is critical.

Without self-honesty we are mere vessels of someone else’s ideas, beliefs and usage. We first must know what we believe at core and why, before we can have that “Eureka” moment. The ability to question and respond in a manner suited to you the individual and not the collective is why self-honesty is so important.

Our governance and cultural predilection is based upon the individual. When each of us is self-honest in our nature and live based upon our self-honesty and action we are then “We the People”. “We The People” is not a collection of individuals. We, the individual people are free to think and be. Without self-honesty however, an individual is not even able to know that their freedom is being infringed. Because they do not fully know what real individual freedom actually is.

Be sure too that the outcome of individual self-honesty does not manifest in everyone thinking, dressing, or looking alike. What it does foster is a culture of individualism. In doing so it organically displays ideas and outcome of thought. It can expose new rooms of idea for you to look in. The mansion of self-honesty and discovery is vast. We should not allow our wisdom of self-honest discovery to be consumed as an end point in our journey. Our self-discovery and discovery of the world around should be a constant matter of which we question not only our own beliefs but those of our government and God with fervent self-honesty in an effort to attain another light switch. Not doing so and considering a self-discovery as the pinnacle becomes arrogance and leads to depredated outcome of effect.

Point being, if we, the people, adhere to common principle of civility and governance, as agreed upon in our founding documents, we are free. When we, the people, rely upon edict, regulation, mandate, stipulated behavior, political correctness and social justice, then we the individual are lost as the engine of our freedom and liberty.

Again, this is not to say that we all must be the same. There is no individual idea for the masses in Liberty other than one. It is that our agreeance as a people as to how our free will behavior is regulated and who will protect the borders so we may enjoy our individual freedom and right to acquiesce in the same. We do so by the bounds of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

It is however to mean that when a few or a group find common ground of idea in freedom that they are not given the ability by nature to tell the rest of the individuals how they are expected to conform their behavior to another’s liking, as long as it is not in direct contravention of the Founding Documents. That is capitulation to edict and not individualism.

It is easy to say that the Law is the same collection of the few telling the many. In many ways that is correct. Especially today when we are over legislated and regulated, a lot of which in and of itself if seriously given challenge would be found unconstitutional in and of itself. That is a whole other discussion though.

However, we either live in anarchy at one end of the scale and have no law for anyone, or we live in complete authority at the other end of the scale. As Americans, we have decided, constitutionally that we will exist with the need for governance. We created our government in a way that we are buffered from the effect of complete anarchy but still allow for individual action and freedom not governed or restricted by authority. We have basic human rules that are meant to govern our behavior. No killing, stealing, cheating, lying etc., you get it. Beyond that, your government is out of control.

Our government was created not to oversee and rule the people. It was created to allow an environment by which people can govern themselves through their action and outcome. Our founding documents ascribe positive preservation of human right not negative restriction of liberty. It is meant that a man may succeed as well as fail with government staying out of the way. We have done just the opposite. We have ceded our role in the equation and have allowed the chase of luxury and creature comfort to replace our need as individuals for self-reliance and minimal governance.

All things in life come back to self. When we are faced in life with external influence and effect, the way we filter, analyze and respond to these stimuli determine our actions and thus influence our worldly outcome in our life; for better or for worse. It has cause and effect on others as well. This is why when we predicate our behavior on the principles that what we do as individuals should it not break the bone (bring physical harm) nor pick a wallet (financial harm) of another, then I will not ask you to not incline your effort in a direction other than that which you have chosen. Said more plainly, you do whatever it is you want, and so will I. The only ground rule is we do not cause harm, financial or physical to one another.

So, back to where we started, self-honesty. Either you give a damn or you don’t. Should it be that you do not, then please step aside and wait for an outcome. If you do, then let’s have a civil discussion like intelligent people and not fourth grade teams that have to win at dodge ball. This is not P.E. and it is not totally up to anyone. So, when you are ready to have an honest dialogue let’s begin by understanding that the way we discuss our differences of governance in self-honest individual idea is through the lens and foundation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

As individuals we are certain to hold different views, ideas, likes and dislikes. What we have to understand though is that our government is the means of last resort for enforcing those ideas and when not in keeping with our agreed principle have no place in law.

Besides, if one group, corporate America or any lobby group wants to impose its ideal and will above the whole of the people into legislation, then it has become the law perverted.

So let us try and discuss our differences of governance in the frame work of the founding documents. Let us try and handle our discussion of matters other than those regulated as individuals respectful of others in their ideals.

If you are not to accept the founding documents as basis for governance, then you need to change the constitution based on your constitutional ability. You already have that option afforded to you as do I. For me, it is a last resort option, much the same as a civil war or, a revolution.

Even then we still will need to have a foundation to base our ideas from whether it is the current Bill of Rights or one that you wish to amend. So let’s at least begin where we have common ground.

The other means for you is to use treasonous and tyrannical subversion in the form of anarchic cries for armed overthrow of America, like the Austin Antifa have done publically on FaceBook. Wow, the irony in that reality is Alice in Wonderland.

The organization known as ANTIFA is classified by this government as a domestic terror group. So why then if our keepers of liberty have identified it as such, do we allow the operational effect of their declared treason to continue?  What good is it to declare them as enemies of the State and allow them free movement and perpetration of their declared violence.

Yes, swatting ANTIFA will cause some pain. Not doing so makes me question the complicity of my government even further.

I choose to have the discussion on the foundation of the current documents. It has served generationally so far with success. The fact that we, the people, have migrated our self-governance away from where we should be does not mean that the system is the problem.

Self-honesty, let’s each start there, hopefully then we can be honest with another and begin the process of self-discovery and individual liberty to be free and be who you want to be.

Along the way should we, together, find that the system is broken in places, then let us use our reclaimed dialogue in Liberty to exercise a remediation thereof in the frame work of the founding documents. The reality of this all is that no one wins in a civil war or an egalitarian revolution and no one wins if we do not talk.

Before I take off down the road on this one I want to stress that a technophobe I am not. I have been professionally involved in the digital sphere from a time before GUI, Mouse and LED. The idea was but a glint of nerdy vocabulary in some Harvard dorm room when I began. cropped-chaosWhat I am however is a person that is savvy to the power of the technological universe. For decades it has been my professional charge to look from the inside of the monitor out.

The potential of benefit from technology for humankind is mind blowing. Just the fact that mankind can now have a bible available from every computer makes Gideon’s reach seem small. (Not insignificant, relax). We can know how to DIY a [fill in the blank]. You get the idea. The internet has given us tools to make those things we do in our day to day more efficient and more content rich. There is nothing wrong with having better and proper tools for the job.

I do not mind the idea of a website consolidating a play list of music and offering streaming genre to specific tastes in music. Even if it means the mega contract superstars fade away too. I applaud it if new voices and talent can have a platform for discovery and exposure. (Jango.com) I say this even if it means that the old radio stations of the day will become museums. I was there as a part of the radio generation and my father helped build it. So, I get it.

I do however want to find a way to transfer those protections built into the old communications model that we placed there for the sake of having a way to ensure foundational constitutional freedoms and rights in manner equal to the same. Meaning, we have a government elected by the people that has on our behalf regulated communication in a (I may cough here) transparent way so that censorship or one side gaining the voice stands less of a chance of occurring.  Those control processes seem to be lacking, in both realms. May I suggest we correct the real world before we high dive into the digital.

What is not lacking though is the erosion of real world infrastructure and model of communication at an alarming rate. We at least have built in defense of freedom for all into it, which can be challenged and must be responded to when we see it becoming too slack or too strong, The FCC has their skeletons and detractors, but at least we know who they are when things go out of bound. That is what the real difference is.

The difference is not in the information and application of the internet vs. the real world. The difference is our real world ability to have a handle on it as a people not as a few handlers making the decision of what is good and what is evil. We as individuals need to have the ability not to allow the few to control the many. Which is about to happen.

There is a digital cultural dragnet being run over the world.  While something more suited to our wants wins in the end, there is going to be a real push for singular control at the top.. Our methods are different yet the same, sort of.

In the real world model we are discussing here the FCC has regulatory oversight of certain public interest in broadcast as a good for the whole of society. That simply means that government, as elected by the people, decides the rules on our behalf. You know, little things like, you cannot openly ban and censor voices. They call it equal air time. One voice must be allowed equal to another. Specifically, in non-paid political broadcast time equal and opposing time must be given for unpaid political discussion. Not quite the same on line.

As we lose books, newspaper delivery, magazine racks, broadcast radio and other modern era media and means of communication to the digital sphere we find ourselves in a somewhat paradoxical situation. To whom and how will equality of idea and opinion be given proper balance for the good of humankind if a handler platform chooses otherwise? What happens when the primary handler platforms ban together in the same effort? Who is there for you then?

To the religious of this Nation, here is a question for the American Christian Church Community in fair challenge to ideal.

Question: What happens to the concept of our First Amendment Right, freedom of religion. when our church, in our neighborhood, can no longer find means of Cesars gold to sustain operation.  Fortunate for them, Caesar is dead and we have the web. We will just go on line. Bibles everywhere, except china and …….

Right, well sort of. Because you see. You have no protection or freedom of censure and censorship on the WEB. Just sayin. Like the Political Philosopher, GOD can too be subjugated in digital print by Tyrant. It used to be called State Censorship and has happened again and again. This time it is corporate digital censorship. So back to Freedom of Speech.

Let me explain. Netflix, Amazon, Tubi and others have replaced Cable, Dish and Broadcast modern era viewership. All that is left is for the legacy stations to rust away and crumble. Facebook, YouTube and subscription service are replacing traditional news media. The New Media is completely changing the face of media today.

Again, I get it. I love it. I see a lot of potential in the technology. Still it is just a bunch of wires, we are just doing better at what we can get the wires to carry. As a person involved it is kind of cool to watch history being made in front of me. A humankind shift of era is not a generational occurrence, so I get it.

But, if you are to take away my physical world ability to provide for mass communication and mass media in the traditional model, and you want me to assume that the digital sphere is the same, then we need to talk.  Because, it is not the same at all. Anyone or any thought can be consumed and never heard in the digital sphere. Digital walls can be built around idea.

In the real world a book, The Bible, is distributed in print and therefore to date has not been eradicated from existence. If we, as a species are to cede knowledge and communications platform for life to a digital realm, then we should as digital person be able to have a certain ability to protect our anonymity and our right to publish, print, video and speak ideas that are no more opposing in the real world than they are in the digital.

Problem is, if the handler, Facebook decides my thoughts, or the thoughts of Jesus Christ , as fanatic or inflammatory they will exclude them from rank and even try to swerve you in a different line of thought away from me.

Campbell Brown, a former anchor on NBC and CNN who now leads Facebook’s news partnerships team, told attendees at a recent technology and publishing conference that Facebook would be censoring news publishers based on its own internal biases:

“This is not us stepping back from news. This is us changing our relationship with publishers and emphasizing something that Facebook has never done before: It’s having a point of view, and it’s leaning into quality news. … We are, for the first time in the history of Facebook, taking a step to try to to define what ‘quality news’ looks like and give that a boost.” (Emphasis added.)

If you expect me or anyone else to transfer our life into this sphere of global hyper mass communication, then expect us to push back when you violate our equal right to have opposing view. That is not happening though. Instead the handlers are learning it is easier to just silence the voice of those they do not think to be worthy of hearing or those things that are not common of the handlers mind. So, there is a real big difference in the “old fashioned” world we are allowing to be ripped out from under us. Make sure you know this though. Life is lived in the world, not online.

PragerU has already been hit with similar censorship-like action from YouTube. Other conservatives such as Diamond and Silk were previously flagged as “dangerous” by Facebook, while Candace Owens was recently banned by Twitter for calling out another person’s racism.

The list of evidence goes on and on. If these are honest “mistakes,” why do they seem to only happen to conservative voices?

“Removing two videos, marking them as ‘hate speech’ and then subsequently censoring over 15 of our following posts to reach 0 of our 3 million followers is not a mistake,” PragerU chastised. “It’s deliberate censorship of conservative ideas.”

When you allow your social involvement and immersion into the digital sphere, you have to be more attuned of violation of your human rights. Like freedom of speech. There is no judicious or balanced method of resolution as there is in your rights in the physical sphere when you are censored or have other freedom violated. When those same protections of freedom do not exist, there is an issue.

When a person can lose an entire life career because of 144 character Twitter assassinations, there is no safety in social media. Unless of course you are part of the mob that is lynching someone for thought different than the plurality of the day. This is not social and is not living a life.

I pay the effort to socialize culture in the digital sphere and eradicate the physical creepy and dangerous. Just ask the Chinese about their Social Credit score and if you are lucky, find one with a low score if they survive re-education.

There are so many amazing things that this matrix of knowledge and “instant on” can do for us all in an effort to elevate mankind.

This is why adults need to regain a control over the tools that assist us in our daily effort to be a stronger people. Instead it seems that a pervasive ideological Marxism is demanding control of the digital political narrative. It seems too that a delusional postmodern crowd all the way into their late 40’s seems to think the physical world is something other than real. When a Georgetown admissions officer and his vegan lover decided to bicycle through ISIS controlled land because in their words “Violence does not really exist” you end up saying, they are dead now.

Nature’s outcome and history do not lean in a favorable place for this lunacy and socialist grab of the narrative. There is a big difference when you live life, in the world, not on a screen.  It seems that there is a younger class amongst us that never learned that lesson. That will in the end mean that either we adults quickly corral the children in the room or everyone, young and old, will soon experience that one thing that brings us all back to the ground and reminds us of our similar nature. PAIN.

Calling All Americans .. . . . Are you out there?

When we apply perspective to the political landscape we have shown that it is the vocal radicals of each Major party, the R & D –  that are at war, not the majority of Independent Americans. We are American’s not R or D. – Try and listen though for a voice in the crowd that will say otherwise. So, in an effort to assist in regaining the voice of the majority, I am offering the following:

Let the corrupt crony bully faction of each party keep their creations. They are too far gone for reclamation and too small to worry over. Let them continue to war and self-consume on their game plan, while we, the people eject and regroup under new banner.

registration breakdownWe, the majority, not the R or D, must begin again to take back America’s narrative and guard the precious gift of Liberty that has been given to us. Where do we, the newly awakened and the political refugees from either party go? There is no Island for misfits so to speak. We must either hold our nose and stay or go to the other side because ours is screwed up. The other option is to be excluded from the screening process by registering outside the party. All of that has already happened though and is the behavior that has gotten us here in the first place.

So, again we are left with the question, where do I send someone that has finally had the lights go on because their freedom is being pruned. Here are two things that can happen. First, the ranks of the registered party voter will continue to dwindle. Of that I have no doubt. It is by design; fewer people are easier to control than a large group. The Democratic Party is experiencing a consolidation right now for the same reason. The Republicans have already reduced their base, by design. The ranks of the registered and never voting will continue to grow as well through inflicted apathy. It is human nature.

The second possible outcome is for constitutionally aware & enlightened people to regroup under new banner. The exodus from the two party apparatus is not insignificant. Nor are the numbers of registered voters that never vote. Lest we forget be reminded that there are more no party affiliated voters in America than there are in either party. They are not members of the party for a reason. So, as the major party shrink, the disorganized indi majority will grow in a disorganized energy while the outcome of the two party continue to perpetrate chaos. Or, we can rally under new banner. Be it in one or two party. There is structure available and ready for use. We need not reinvent the process, we need to reemerge and reclaim it.

In conflict resolution the successful outcome for both parties occurs with greater frequency when those involved choose to focus on their commonality and not their differences.

When each put aside their difference for a period to focus on common matters of agreeance the dialogue on the matters that do not have common ground become easier to discuss and find outcome towards. That is to say, let us first identify our common threat to our freedom and work towards resolution of the same. Then, after we take back what has been stolen in freedom by tyrant, as a people then we can return to the dialogue that now is divisive in a manner worthy of mankind.

As the ranks of the Independent voter grow from exodus let us create a place for other good people to come. It will happen, the question is, where will you be when it does?

So, when the #WalkAway Dem and an Independent of the day can put aside the mainstream narrative and build discussion from common principle we begin to heal. When a libertine and a constitutionalist can work idea from common principle then we heal. But it is bigger than this idea of just being good.

As long as we continue to allow our voice, our mind and our actions to be fueled by vitriol and mass global hyper communication on matters of importance to humankind then we will continue to feed the beast that is called collectivism.

If you are certain of your foundational principles on life and the governance thereof, then how does taking an offensive attack bring resolution? If it is your goal to achieve eradication of the “other side” then I can see your anticipated outcome. But really, eradicate? Why act in a way that supports the behavior used when at war. Are we really at war with idea or have radical thinkers placed radical ideas at either end to create and inflame a divide that we are all playing into at a certain level. They think there is nowhere else for us to go.

I will even go one place beyond that and say this; What if it is not someone or a group that has placed these ideals into daily culture, rather it is the outcome of behavior that we as a people have failed to exercise with our charged responsibility as keepers of liberty and freedom, our own. It begins and ends with us. We then must be the one to pick the torch back up and carry it individually until there is enough light to coalesce.

Civil War is being heralded as a potential outcome. A Constitutional Convention is being proclaimed. Anarchy is being advocated. To me though, these are all last resort means and will occur when good men fail to do good things.

What good does it do for anyone to spend energy attacking someone’s ideas and belief that do not concur with yours?  Point counter point is fatiguing and immature. We must return the dialogue of the people to a higher level of discourse. Start from a place of common ground is a refrain heard by those trying to bring people together. Start on common ground. Remember, We the People, are greater in number than the radical voice of the Left and Right, the R & D. They are the minority. Ignore their childish way and let us begin to regroup in adult ways and deal with the mess left us. Behavior my friends, behavior.

What do we have in common? Feel free to add to the list.

  1. We, Americans, have a runaway fiscal debt crisis that has enslaved our nation and both Party perpetuate it.
  2. We, Americans, have a regulatory system that has caused an abdication of duty by Congress and a smothering effect on freedom and markets and neither Party has worked to reverse the effect.
  3. We, Americans, have been & are being surveilled by the State and neither Party is protecting us.
  4. We, Americans, are being taught to believe that morality and virtue are bigoted and neither Party teaches differently.
  5. We, Americans, have abdicated our role in our governance from the many to the corrupt few and both Party work harder to protect it and prevent you from seeing.

In closing please do not say it can never happen or we can’t, because I have seen what we can and have done as a people and as a Nation. We have done some pretty ugly things too, but because we are at core good people, because we have a common foundation of principle to rely on, we achieve great things. For that reason alone I say that especially if the odds are seemingly insurmountable then that is reason enough why we can achieve this.

A New Day Under New Banner

There are two words missing from America’s mainstream lexicon that we should discuss. The first is idealism the second altruism. The principles for this idealistic framework are the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The altruistic effort is elected servitude in the name of Liberty towards the same ideals.

I am not sure how much more should or need be said. I will say that you would be really hard pressed to show me more than a very few altruistic politician that practices the implementation and the art of idealism known as pragmatic constitutional behavior. Especially like that of a founding father.

Altruism and idealism are two lost human traits our society has neglected over time. Individually practiced each can be very dogmatic. When we as a people use altruism to foster common ideals they become a natural force for good. Principles like altruism and idealism are but two foundational principles of Western civilization. They are quickly falling into the evolutionary waste bin of time like other pragmatic ideals. The foundational principles of yesterday are being replaced with nonsensical post-modern primal tribalism. It is time to say enough is enough.

There was a recent time in memorable history, for many, when the lack of “instant on media” allowed for a deeper use of the human mind. I can say that, I was there. It aided in humankind’s ability to steer outcome better than it does today.

Stepping a rough decade further back than the day of mainstream broadcast TV, a world war, WWII, was fought with a National purpose and spirit. With idealism and altruistic behavior we facilitated the halt of a real totalitarian march to rule the world. We never said can’t. We never said it could never happen.

Today, we are lost in a delusional paradigm of pseudo-freedom perpetrated on little screens, big screens – screens – screens – screens. Everything you see on your screen has to come from someplace. It can be crafted and targeted to you and I, society, in an effort to replace the void we used to fill with self-examination and deliberate thought. Know thine handlers my friends.

Here are the foundational principles of Liberty that are our declared common ideal.  Our action to fulfill these principles will help nurture the altruistic behavior needed to find our way out of the quagmire we are in today as a people. We have few choices. We can go with the flow and be sediment. We can sit and allow our liberty to be dismantled without safeguard. We could have a civil war. We may even engage in a French Revolution style uprising of anarchy and spite. How about if we assemble as good people under new banner and let the corrupt egotistical self-serving vermin eat each other.

Principle 1. The only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law. Principle 2. A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong. Principle 3. The most promising method of securing a virtuous and morally stable people is to elect virtuous leaders.
Principle 4. Without religion the government of a free people cannot be maintained. Principle 5. All things were created by God, therefore upon Him all mankind are equally dependent, and to Him they are equally responsible. Principle 6. All men are created equal.
Principle 7. The proper role of government is to protect equal rights, not provide equal things. “—That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men…” Principle 8. Men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. Principle 9. To protect man’s rights, God has revealed certain principles of divine law.
Principle 10. The God-given right to govern is vested in the sovereign authority of the whole people. Principle 11. The majority of the people may alter or abolish a government which has become tyrannical. Principle 12. The United States of America shall be a republic.
Principle 13. A constitution should be structured to permanently protect the people from the human frailties of their rulers. Principle 14. Life and liberty are secure only so long as the right of property is secure. Principle 15. The highest level of prosperity occurs when there is a free-market economy and a minimum of government regulations.
Principle 16. The government should be separated into three branches – legislative, executive, and judicial. Principle 17. A system of checks and balances should be adopted to prevent the abuse of power. Principle 18. The unalienable rights of the people are most likely to be preserved if the principles of government are set forth in a written constitution.
Principle 19. Only limited and carefully defined powers should be delegated to government, all others being retained in the people. Principle 20. Efficiency and dispatch require government to operate according to the will of the majority, but constitutional provisions must be made to protect the rights of the minority. Principle 21. Strong local self-government is the keystone to preserving human freedom.
Principle 22. A free people should be governed by law and not by the whims of men. Principle 23. A free society cannot survive as a republic without a broad program of general education. Principle 24. A free people will not survive unless they stay strong.
Principle 25. “Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations – entangling alliances with none.” Principle 26. The core unit which determines the strength of any society is the family; therefore, the government should foster and protect its integrity. Principle 27. The burden of debt is as destructive to freedom as subjugation by conquest.
Principle 28. The United States has a manifest destiny to be an example and a blessing to the entire human race.

I was fortunate to have conversation over the past couple of days with someone my senior in years and another junior. We spoke of many of the things that I write about.

When I have these discussions of ideas I can tell when I have found the “brick wall of thought” or admitted end to the conversation when the free flow of idea and experiential wisdom seem to come to an abrupt halt. Big red flashing lights that say STOP!

With most of us it is that the idea has nowhere else to go and the two of you (us) change subject. Or, it becomes a situation where because of fear to face the truth, plain inexperience or gullibility on one side or the other the conversation just falls off of the cliff of reason while in the train of thought. Sort of like seeing a DEAD END sign in front of you and continuing anyway.

Sometimes though there is a true fear factor that does it’s best to end the conversation quickly. Not doing so it seems would obligate the person to either admitting they are helpless and scared or causal awareness might force them into facing the reality of the ideas you are discussing.  That can be too much for some.

So when I was told that unless I could show how one person could make a difference, then they would care, otherwise they did not want to hear about it anymore. I did my best to try and explain in polite dinner conversation how a person has a role in liberty and that by being a morally good person that they are making a difference. I stumbled on the words and found it hard to materialize the depth of the answer into a quick fulfillment of their fear. Too bad really, I was hoping for something else I suppose.

Want to know why you feel like one person cannot do anything? Here is the most basic answer to that. You cannot, you are right. Most of the time one person rising from the ashes like a Phoenix does not happen. These great Saints are held to a standard of unachievable outcome for a reason. One is to prevent you from thinking you can do the same. Simply so you won’t even try. e pluribus unumHowever, you do not need to be a great phoenix from the ashes to have impact. You, the individual, are a required element of the equation known as liberty. If you are not willing to stand in her defense, then get out of the way. This problem becomes amplified in a group scenario when the individual is replaced for the collective. Out of many one – E Pluribus Unum.

My second conversation went something like, “Ah, politics! I don’t like politics, I just avoid it.” This one was a whole lot easier to build dialogue around. I asked what they did not like about it. They said that if they participated in conversations with people about it that there was always a fight or the people ended up not liking each other.

From politics? I asked. Explain what you mean I inquired. Well, one side is always ripping the other side up. Then the other side rips the other one apart. So I asked which side they agreed with. They replied neither. Just like the majority of Americans.

When I explained how what they were witnessing as politics was not politics. They seemed confused. What I showed was how each of these two camps of political Pablum has issued letters and team jerseys to their fans; big R’s & D’s. I explained how they create and foment hatred and angst between the two teams to keep them at each other’s throat. I explained how they are both guilty of wrapping their sinister self-serving agenda in the red white and blue and distracting you while they both raid the treasury and destroy freedom.

I then offered a solution. The same one I will offer here. Take the name, face and the party of the President and leave them aside. It will help you leave your institutional party blinders of loyalty on the table for a minute. Then we can all see things in the same light of the constitution. Look at the person as POTUS framed in a common constitutional foundation.

When they behave and act like POTUS it is easier to see the good in the office and thus the Nation. When they act somehow in discordance with constitutional moray let’s evaluate the Officer and their decisions as members of the same team, America. This is fair. It is objective. It leaves us all in the same place and with the same chance to correct the notion. It is our lives that we are discussing. Not a news clip or cute little meme.

The business of politics is not a cage match. It is the business of discussing our course as a people. It is a discussion of what is in all of our interest. Not hate and vitriol. The conversation proceeded with introspection and consideration on the others part as well as mine from there.

So, I feel like I lent in some small way to the food for thought of someone else without having to say they are wrong and I am right.

The amplification of ideal’s, values, principles and the repercussion of the lack thereof, are a major component of the writings on this space. Over five years ago the decision was made to develop a blog with a planned effort to enter into the ether my thoughts and words for critical review and personal introspection in a very public way. Hopefully then having an inspirational effect on myself and others.

It was never meant that this space be built on a soap box or to be morally indignant or an overly righteous mandate of anyone’s capitulation to ideology or thought. When I suggest you live as a free man I do not advise that you think the same as I. I do not mean that you live the same as I. I submit that you live as a free man, a man honest with himself and thus honest to other free men. I believe that when you live as a free man you help in the defense of Liberty knowing that other free men, will by the nature of freedom, be doing the same. It is then that we can begin to stand America back up into her rightful place as the world’s beacon of hope.

My place in the world back in 2013 was much different than it is today. In that place in time there was a series of events that occurred in front of me like the collapse of a house of cards in slow motion. They involve some very dark things that fractured the thin façade of American idealism and liberty right in front of me. They happened while being a part of the machinations of the body politic. They continued to unveil for quite some time.

The fracturing of the veil didn’t happen while these people of great power were at a microphone or in front of the public. Much to my surprise it happened right in the openness of closed doors, while behind them.

What happened in these discussions and meetings will remain mine to know publically. It caused me to ask some very introspective and adult questions of myself and my effort. When my political march began it was not for self-advancement or gain. My road to politics began as an honest desire to bring about good outcome and effect. It quickly turned to protest against corruption and misguided ideals within the party structure.

The den was filthy and the lights were dim. This caused me to question not only my own particular involvement but the structure itself. The political party is the place our leaders are incubated and promoted. It would be a healthy exercise to witness the filters by which the party uses to find their nuggets of hope. Because they are the same candidates you vote for and end up being our representation in the perceived constitutional system that we live in.

In life we are faced with decisions. We make them every day. Some of them big others not so, but we make them. When we do make them, hopefully we are doing so from a foundation of self-declared principle. We form principle and foundational belief over time. This does not mean that all of our principles or foundational beliefs are actually virtuous or positive in nature.

One thing though is certain for us all. The outcomes of our actions are what have steered us to where we are. If tomorrow we abandon our principles of responsibility and slack off, we have decided. If we abandon our principle of integrity and avoid effort and then take credit, or if we decide that we are going to portray one thing for misdirection’s sake and do another behind the scenes, our place in the world will change. It will change because our actions, that determine our outcomes, have changed. Be sure too that inaction is equally inertial in outcome. Ultimately, by action and inaction we decide where we are in the world. Not the world. This is evidenced by the fact that if you let others make decisions of you, you will end up in a place you may not wish to be.

Want to know why you feel like one person cannot do anything? Here is the most basic answer to that. You cannot, you are right. Most of the time one person rising from the ashes like a Phoenix does not happen. These great Saints are held to a standard of unachievable outcome for a reason. One is to prevent you from thinking you can do the same. However, you do not need to be a great phoenix from the ashes to have impact. You, the individual, are a required element of the equation known as liberty.

The problem though becomes amplified in a group scenario when the individual is replaced for the collective. From many one – E Pluribus Unum.

The body politic today is critically ill from an ethical prognosis. Greed and power create corruption and the nature of man is such that it opens places of power and wealth for those willing to exploit the opportunity for their gain. This is a natural outcome. It is one that must be dealt with, but no less it is still a natural experiential occurrence.

There is a predictable nature that man will always try to exploit it. So, that being what it is in reality, it does not mean that the people who are genuine in their effort to maintain the freedom of liberty in the process of politics should feel helpless because a few bad eggs have taking control of the persona and facade. Personally, you should actually be really pissed off and terrified about those “bad eggs” being there.

This is where transcendence in acceptance of the concepts in this discussion can take us some place others might call a higher level, I say it is too. Although, ascendance is actually not the proper word, elemental is in my estimation. It is grounded not ethereal. We can remain grounded and still transcend. This is why we need not be a Phoenix all of the time. Our grounding affirms others and creates a stable foundation from whence to live in freedom and thus liberty shines.

Or, we can rebuke the ideas wholly as arcane propaganda from a better colonial time. Life presents opportunity for us all. We however have to be the one to first see it. Then know what turns to take to get us towards it. It is not a straight line ever. So when we navigate on any journey we need to know first where we are going. Then we need to know how to get there. We may even want to plan the trip to avoid obstacles. This is no different in the politics of life. That is why we all must have a common agreement of believed principle in foundation to begin from. Without that, we are subjugated to eternal chaos. The process of life is daunting but not really that complicated in requirement. We decide how complicated it has to be, no one else. When we can en masse agree as individuals in basic Liberty, then will freedom begin once again to ring for the whole. From many – one. E Pluribus Unum.

That said, please allow me to elucidate on a frame of perspective that I hope will give a more resolute observation of the misdirection and subsequent angst you may have. I will give you an idea that with coordinated effort and action can change the course of politics and lend to a potential for a solution to the debauchery we call American Politics and the two party system.

First though, let me suggest that as long as one side or the other continues to separate by bitterness, vitriol, sarcasm and general 4th grade ha ha’s – we all lose.

There is a common refrain that I am hearing which suggest that we are in a place in history right now that will be recorded as the transition from the Modern Age to the Post-Modern age. To grasp this idea will take some time and some further research. What is certain though to me is that the names and voices proclaiming and illuminating this occurrence are to be listened to.

In my general elucidation on the topic I am somewhat convinced that, like progressivism, post-modernism is a real threat. However, like it’s successor, progressivism, it is a self-consuming philosophic ideology. The post-modern bourgeois advocate and their precepts create bad enough outcome for themselves and display a sense of absurdity that makes it real hard for people to get on board.

Still though they must be contained in idea. It is easy enough to argue, write, lecture or just jump up and down and say “you are wrong”. Maybe, just maybe, you will convince someone they are on the wrong side of history. But so what if you do. Where do you take them? To the Republicans? To the Democrats?

The time is right and it is now for the civil and enlightened discussion concerning third and fourth party formation. There are a number of arguments to be made as to why it cannot work. Listen to who is making the claims though; party elite, the politically broken, and everyone else that just has had enough and does not give a good damn anymore. This essay {Altered States of America} explains how we got to the place we are at and what we can do now. I encourage all people of political involvement to read the essay with a fresh eye.

Maurice Duverger and the (DL) Duverger Law is wrong by the way. It can work and it will. Please take the time to consider. However, I will not leave that as the closing distinction to be relevant in this writing. Even if the law is accurate it still brings us to a place much closer to our foundation than will the continuation of the two broken vessels we are using now for our political transportation. What difference does it make really if we cannot have three, four or even five party, forever. Maybe we can have two new ones out of it though. Two party more aligned to constitutional value. When left alone in their house of filth and corruption the two current party, now acting as one, will collapse from their own self consumption. We will hasten that collapse when good men eject from them and stop trying to save her. When they venture forward in Liberty’s light as a free people with new affirmation and principle under new banner, then will we be back on the road to liberty for freedoms sake. Is anyone out there? Principle 1. The only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law. Principle 2. A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong. Principle 3. The most promising method of securing a virtuous and morally stable people is to elect virtuous leaders.
Principle 4. Without religion the government of a free people cannot be maintained. Principle 5. All things were created by God, therefore upon Him all mankind are equally dependent, and to Him they are equally responsible. Principle 6. All men are created equal.

Principle 15. The highest level of prosperity occurs when there is a free-market economy and a minimum of government regulations.
Principle 16. The government should be separated into three branches – legislative, executive, and judicial. Principle 17. A system of checks and balances should be adopted to prevent the abuse of power. Principle 18. The unalienable rights of the people are most likely to be preserved if the principles of government are set forth in a written constitution.
Principle 19. Only limited and carefully defined powers should be delegated to government, all others being retained in the people. Principle 20. Efficiency and dispatch require government to operate according to the will of the majority, but constitutional provisions must be made to protect the rights of the minority. Principle 21. Strong local self-government is the keystone to preserving human freedom.
Principle 22. A free people should be governed by law and not by the whims of men. Principle 23. A free society cannot survive as a republic without a broad program of general education. Principle 24. A free people will not survive unless they stay strong.
Principle 25. “Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations – entangling alliances with none.” Principle 26. The core unit which determines the strength of any society is the family; therefore, the government should foster and protect its integrity. Principle 27. The burden of debt is as destructive to freedom as subjugation by conquest.
Principle 28. The United States has a manifest destiny to be an example and a blessing to the entire human race.
